About Birkenstock:
Birkenstock is a German brand with a rich history dating back to 1774, when Johann Adam Birkenstock was first mentioned as a "subject and shoemaker" in church archives. In 1896, they introduced the concept of an anatomically shaped insole "footbed," which became the heart of all their models. This innovation enabled their shoes to become synonymous with support and comfort.
