We carry out our sales through the online store www.pharsol-protect.com (hereinafter "online store"). When processing personal data, we advocate a legal and fair approach, which also includes limiting access to data.
Your personal data can only be accessed by authorized employees of PHARSOL d.o.o., whom we value as trustworthy and competent in the field of working with data, and authorized subcontractors, in order to carry out the purposes specified in point 5.
with which we cooperate for the purpose of technical support.

- providers of online advertising on Facebook, LinkedIn and Instagram,
- email notification and newsletter providers (Klaviyo tool)
- website and information service maintainers and web interface maintainers,
- developers and implementers of software solutions,
- the delivery service of Pošta Slovenije, DPD and DHL,
- state authorities or other legal entities when there is a legal obligation to do so.
We guarantee that all authorized persons handle personal data with care and protect it from abuse during the legal processing. In exceptional cases, we may pass on your personal data to third parties, but only in the event that non-disclosure of the data would cause general or personal damage to you, or when you yourself request that we pass on your personal data to a third party.

What data do we collect?
We obtain and store the following data for further use and processing:

Purposes of personal data processing and legal basis
We collect and process personal data for our own sales and promotion needs via the online store in the European Union and the rest of the world. We collect data for the following purposes:
- notification of news, announcements and products by e-mail,
- performing the services you have requested (such as sending online news, informing about the re-availability of a product, etc.) through the medium you have chosen (such as an email or a telephone number),
- sales and transactions in the purchase process through the online store or through inquiries,
- which you send to us by e-mail, via social networks or express them in person in our office,
- management of your participation in various advertising activities (such as various prize games, surveys, etc.),
- execution of our contract with you in the online store purchase process (e.g. for delivery

How do we record data on our website?
When you visit the website, certain information is collected for the best possible performance, quality assurance and the collection of general usage statistics - this is information about your device that is recorded through cookies and code embedded on the website.
This information may include information about the type of device you are using to browse (mobile phone, tablet, PC or other), your IP address, browser type and operating system, your activity on our website (e.g. which subpages you have visited, how you navigated the website, the duration of each page view, etc.).
All data we receive from your visit is expressed only in the form of an identification number, which means that we cannot identify the user's actual personal data from them.
Your data, which we receive from visiting the website, is therefore safe; in order to get the exact data, we would need your personal permission (e.g. providing your e-mail address to sign up for e-newsletters). You can view, modify or request deletion of all your personal data obtained during our cooperation by sending an e-mail to info@pharsol.com.

In this case, your data is used for the purpose that the social network can show you advertisements that are of most interest to you based on the detected activity.
Google Analytics
We use the Google Analytics tool to collect data on the status and visit of the website. The data collected by the tool relate to your use of the website (e.g. your initial URL, screen resolution, browser you use, etc.) and are stored and analyzed on a Google server. All this data is accessible to us via the Google Analytics tool, but only in anonymized form. User Generated Content
Users can submit opinions about products on the website. In doing so, you are asked for a title, which you can choose at your own discretion and which is then also published publicly - we recommend that in this case, for the purpose of protecting personal data, you choose the title with which you want to be displayed. When publishing a comment, an e-mail address is also required, but it is not publicly displayed. You should be aware that the opinion will be published publicly on our website and, if necessary, for promotional purposes, published on the Facebook, LinkedIn or Instagram profile of Pharsol Protect.
In addition to the above-mentioned possibilities of obtaining data, which are a result of the operation of the website, we obtain your personal data exclusively through your active inquiry or orders (e.g. when ordering online).
How long do we keep your personal data?
We will protect your personal data as long as there is an interest/need for this or until you withdraw your consent. In cases where the processing and storage of data is based on a contract or is determined by law, the retention period is adapted to the contract or the law.
If there is reasonable suspicion that the entered data is false, we reserve the right to delete it from all databases without notice.
What are your rights?
You have the right to request that we supplement, correct or limit the use of your data or to permanently remove them from the database at any time without justification or consequences. You can also request access to or object to the processing of your personal data and request the transfer of your data. The revocation of consent does not affect the legality of the processing that was carried out on the basis of consent until its revocation. If you believe that your personal data is being stored or processed in violation of the applicable regulations governing the protection of personal data, you have the right to file a complaint with the Information Commissioner of the Republic of Slovenia.
You can submit a request for the complete deletion of your personal data from our system in the following ways, and you must clearly state the content of your request:
- you click on the "unsubscribe" link in the footer of the e-newsletter;
- you send a written request by e-mail to info@pharsol.com with the note "Unsubscribe";
- you send a written request by regular mail to the address of our company with the note "Unsubscribe";
After receiving your request, we will stop processing your personal data within 5 working days.
Although the company is committed to the security of your data, due to various factors over which we cannot fully influence, it may happen that the flow of information via the Internet will not always be completely secure and in accordance with our operation. Please be careful when entering the data that you send to us via the online forms and do any such sending responsibly.
